  Nicole Carrucini assistant manager at the North Olmsted location is TERRIBLE. She will steal orders from other clients, order wrong sizes, call you names, and takes zero ownership over her mistakes. We are now scrambling to find my fiance a pair of tuxedo shoes for our wedding TOMORROW and she told my fiance I was crazy and is an overall terrible human being. Patience and problem solving do not work with her. I tried to work with her and tried to come up with a solution and she just does not care. She refused to let me speak to her manager and refused to rectify the situation. She is a terrible person AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS.
