  I've never seen customer service so poor in my 13 years of shopping with finish line. Tried to return a pair of shoes today that I purchased the other day, and the skanky blond haired girl that worked there said she refused to return them cause the bottom of the shoes smelled like shoe cleaner. Little does she know I went to another finish line and they returned the shoes no problem. I won't be giving this store my business anymore. Funny how when you walk in the store to buy shoes the employees are all up your ass, then when you return something it's as though hey don't know you. Yeah I'll take my business to footlocker
