  My husband and I came into Fish Furniture today and we weren't even greeted. We waited for 45 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, but sales people would just walk by and say nothing. This made us feel like they judged us and didnt think we could afford anything there. We were looking at an $8300.00 leather sectional we were seriously considering. I called as I was walking out the door and told them about it and they chalked it up to them being busy, that they were writing lots of orders. Im sorry, it takes two seconds to acknowledge and say hello. The sales people were so unfriendly. My husband and I both work hard and we were able to afford what we were looking at. Don't judge a book by its cover. BIG MISTAKE. BIG. HUGE. We have to go shopping now. Somewhere else.

  My sales associate at your North Olmsted store was Julie. She was very helpful in assisting me in my selection of a sofa and love seat. I will definitely ask for Julie the next time I need to purchase from your store. Today my furniture was delivered by Chad and Patrick. They were so courteous and professional. They made sure they placed the sofas exactly where I wanted them and also made sure to move my end table and coffee table back. A great father and son team! Thanks so much.
