We came to JC Penney's to look for a washer and dryer and left disappointed. We waited for about a half an hour for someone to come to the appliance department and ended up walking to the registers to only be ignored again. While waiting we had an off the clock employee cut us to make a purchase. When we finally got someone to help us they misinformed us on what their actual policy was for removing old appliances. Needless to say we left and will be spending our money elsewhere.
