  I bought a matress and found a small beetle in the plastic. I called within 24 hours. They did not take me seriously or respect my concern. They said all mattresses cannot be returned even if the plastic was never taken off. After I wrote a bad review they came to my house and verified it was a small beetle. Had they done that in the first place I never would have written a bad review. There was only one. They sprayed my mattress and their lawyer threatened me with a law suit.
