  I called late on a Friday night and was still able to speak to someone at Orkin who would get me setup for a bed bug inspection. Early the next morning, Doug contacted me to try and schedule an inspection. He was booked up on that Saturday but could tell i was paranoid about my situation, so he made time for me that same morning. He came out to inspect and was very knowledgeable, sharing all information with me that he possibly could. He was very professional but also extremely personable and awesome to deal with from start to finish. Doug helped put my mind at ease as he suggested I don't have these pests as there were no signs and informed me what to do going forward. Doug was awesome to deal with and I will definitely recommend him and Orkin to others!

  Don't call these crooks!!!! They only care about billing you for service. There intent is to get you in a contract and bill bill bill. I called to cancel and they kept me on the list to keep coming so they could continue to bill me. I have missed work for them to show up and they don't. They stand behind "POLICY" and could care less if they do a good job or even do a job at all.
